No. Mujin is a privately funded company; it raised a Series D in December 2025 and, according to Bloomberg as reported by Startup Fortune, plans an initial public offering by 2030.
Mujin builds robotics software for factories and warehouses. Its main product, MujinOS, is described by the company as enabling no-code deployment of palletizing, picking and fleet automation.
Mujin says MujinOS uses a real-time digital twin that perceives, plans and controls robotic systems. Integrators use it to set up palletizing, depalletizing, bin picking and mobile robot coordination without custom programming.
For loading docks, Mujin sells TruckBot, which it says unloads trailers and containers at 1,000+ cases per hour and reaches up to 52 feet into the trailer. At MODEX 2026 Mujin claimed 30% higher throughput, 4x faster deployment and ROI in under two years versus rigid automation.
Mujin was founded in Tokyo in July 2011 by Ross Diankov and Issei Takino. Its company page lists other offices in Guangzhou (opened April 2019), Atlanta (May 2021) and Eindhoven (October 2023).
