AssetWatch sells condition monitoring for industrial equipment. It describes its service as combining vibration analysis, oil analysis and AI to help plants find equipment problems early and avoid unplanned downtime. It monitors assets such as pumps, motors, gearboxes and compressors.
For continuous monitoring, AssetWatch says wireless sensors stream vibration data around the clock. It says its in-house Reliability Technicians install the sensors, with setup possible in as little as 1-2 days.
For lower-priority equipment, plants can use route-based collection. AssetWatch says its technicians run the first routes, after which anyone can run a route using a mobile app. A Condition Monitoring Engineer reviews the data and sends alerts with next steps when an issue is detected.
The company was founded in 2014 as Nikola Labs and changed its name to AssetWatch in January 2023. In April 2025 it announced a $75 million Series C round led by Viking Global Investors.
Products
Continuous Vibration Monitoring
AssetWatch says wireless sensors stream vibration data around the clock from critical rotating equipment so developing faults can be caught early.
Maintenance staff collect vibration readings on a set route using a mobile app and sensor test kits, and a Condition Monitoring Engineer reviews the data.
Oil Analysis
AssetWatch says it monitors lubricant condition and wear debris to find internal wear in gearboxes, compressors and hydraulic systems.
Integrations
Connects AssetWatch data to a plant's existing CMMS, ERP or data systems.
